This project explores customer segmentation and key usage patterns for TalentNest, a SaaS platform specializing in HR functions like scheduling, hiring, and onboarding. Using Python and Microsoft Excel, I conducted an exploratory data analysis to uncover insights that can support targeted marketing and product development strategies.

This project focuses on building a production efficiency dashboard by designing and implementing an automated ETL pipeline. Production data was extracted from Asana using the Asana API, transformed and standardized in BigQuery using SQL with supporting reference data maintained in Google Sheets, and then visualized in Looker Studio to deliver interactive KPI dashboards and operational insights for management reporting.

To provide consumers with a reference grounded in quantifiable metrics, the project was created to develop a rating system based on publicly available sustainability data. I also designed a process for collecting this information using Python, visualizing insights in Tableau, and publishing brand-specific scores on sustainablestitch.co. The system evaluates environmental impact across key stages of the apparel value chain to generate accessible, data-driven ratings.

This project automated a repetitive data integration workflow involving HubSpot, Slack, Google Sheets, and Make to streamline partner data management for a database company. The new process not only improves speed and accuracy but also ensures consistent documentation and real-time alerts to the right stakeholders as data is received from partners.
